The Responsible Serving of Alcohol e-learning course includes the following modules:

1. Introduction to Responsible Serving – Understanding the role and responsibilities of alcohol servers.
2. Legal Framework – Overview of laws and regulations governing the sale and service of alcohol.
3. Recognising Intoxication – Identifying the physical and behavioural signs of intoxication.
4. Refusing Service – Techniques for refusing service safely, respectfully, and effectively.
5. Dealing with Difficult Situations – Managing challenging scenarios, including handling aggressive or intoxicated customers.
6. Promoting Responsible Drinking – Strategies for encouraging safe and responsible alcohol consumption.
